Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO, seeks a Senior Mission Systems Communication, Navigation, and Identification Electrical Engineer to lead complex data link and navigation system work for a DoD program. You will join a high-performing, cross-functional team reporting to the Core Avionics group within Mission Systems.

Qualified candidates have 9+ years of experience and a BS in engineering or related fields. Relocation and signing bonus may be offered; security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field as specified.
• 9+ years of related work experience with the required degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Use CAMEO/MBSE to translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs with traceability.
• Design and maintain hardware, software, and interface specifications.
• Test and validate system designs to meet requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance for integration and compliance.
• Support project management with work statements, budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Interface with multiple disciplines, customers, suppliers and organization levels.
• Complete trade studies, modeling, simulation to predict performance and optimize design.
• Research technology advances for potential implementation.
