Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead the Microsoft 365 and Workday administration teams, aligning collaboration platforms with business goals. You will partner with Microsoft, Infrastructure, Security, IAM, and End User Computing to drive secure, reliable productivity tools.

The role focuses on strategy, platform lifecycle, release governance, and team development, with emphasis on cross‑functional leadership and improving user experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years managing development or service delivery teams.
• Proven leadership of enterprise Microsoft technologies (365, licensing, strategy).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune).
• Experience with Microsoft roadmaps, release planning, and support escalation.
• Strong understanding of change management, governance, testing, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the M365 platform roadmap and govern changes across the ecosystem.
• Lead deployment of new M365 features across desktop, web, and mobile apps.
• Evaluate platform changes including releases, deprecations, UI updates, branding.
• Establish release management practices with risk assessment and testing.
• Drive maturity of lower environments for testing and deployment processes.
• Oversee M365 licensing strategy and lifecycle management.
• Define ownership and RACI models for Azure administration in partnership with IAM and other infra teams.
• Lead and develop high-performing administration teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with enterprise priorities.
