Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Productivity Platforms to own strategy and governance of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, messaging, licensing, and workplace tech used daily by teammates.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on administration, maintain security, scalability, and business alignment as we prepare for the Games, while coordinating with MSPs and internal teams.

Qualifications

7+ years administering Microsoft 365 enterprise services with Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Defender and licensing.
Strong governance, service metrics, runbooks, and knowledge management practices.
Experience managing MSPs, vendors, and implementation partners.
Identity and access management knowledge including Entra ID and Conditional Access.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Own platform health, roadmap, demand management, and standards for Microsoft 365 services.
Serve as primary service owner for stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
Stay hands-on with administration, troubleshooting, and optimization with partners.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud Engineering, SharePoint, and other teams to deliver secure, scalable services.
Set governance, standards, and metrics to keep services reliable and Games-ready.
