Job description

Seeking a senior-level Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platform Analyst/Level 4 System Adlsa to lead administration, support, governance, and roadmap planning across the enterprise M365 environment. This role will serve as the technical owner for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, OneDrive, and Microsoft licensing while partnering with business stakeholders to drive platform adoption, support operations, and evaluate new Microsoft technologies.

Must Haves

• 8+ years with a (BS degree), 10+ years (AS degree), or 15+ years (HS diploma) of relevant IT experience
• Deep expertise with:
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft 365 Licensing (E5 and enterprise licensing models)
• Experience administering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong SharePoint Online technical administration experience
• Ability to troubleshoot complex M365 platform issues
• Experience managing M365 roadmaps, governance, and platform strategy
• Strong communication and presentation skills with business stakeholders
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Comfortable participating in a rotating on-call support schedule
• Self-starter who can help build processes and support a newly formed team
