Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Microsoft 365 Engineer to administrate and optimize Microsoft 365 productivity services. The role partners with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, MSPs, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable productivity solutions.

Responsibilities include implementing 365 solutions, handling incidents, and driving modernization and automation across the platform while guiding internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online mailbox, Teams policy, SharePoint Online/OneDrive permissions, and PowerShell reporting/automation.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on technical resource for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions balancing user experience, security, cost, and standards.
• Support escalation and resolution of complex Microsoft 365 incidents and platform challenges.
• Contribute to technical standards, service roadmaps, and platform direction with M365 leadership.
• Support modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across productivity platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams, project resources, and MSPs.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, and architecture teams to align with requirements.
• Evaluate new capabilities, lead proofs of concept, and recommend adoption opportunities.
