Job summary

LA28 seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Productivity Platforms to own the strategy and governance of our Microsoft 365 collaboration services, licensing, and workplace technologies used daily by the team.

You will lead platform health, engage stakeholders, manage vendors, and collaborate with Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud Engineering, and Procurement to deliver secure, scalable services for the Games. 7+ years of admin experience required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years administering and supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise services.
• Expert-level administration of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, and licensing.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Online and email security platforms including Mimecast; service ownership of collaboration, productivity, messaging, or workplace technology platforms.
• Proven player‑coach balancing strategy with hands‑on administration and oversight of MSPs, vendors, and partners.
• Knowledge of governance, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management; planning across roadmaps and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own platform health, roadmap, demand management, and operational standards across Microsoft 365 collaboration services, messaging, and licensing.
• Serve as primary service owner for stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and continual service improvement.
• Stay hands‑on with selected administration, troubleshooting, and optimization while coordinating providers and internal teams.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud Engineering, SharePoint, Intune, Architecture, Procurement, and Service Delivery to deliver secure, scalable collaboration services.
• Set governance, standards, and metrics that keep services reliable and Games-ready.
