Job summary

24 Hour Home Care, part of TEAM Services Group, seeks an IT Senior Manager for Modern Workplace Engineering. You will own the strategy and execution of Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, networking, and enterprise communications to enable a scalable and secure workplace.

Lead teams through large-scale technology transformations across multiple brands. Ideal candidates have 6–8+ years across infrastructure and enterprise platforms, strong leadership, and deep expertise in M365, Azure,

Qualifications

6–8+ years of experience across infrastructure, modern workplace, and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Microsoft 365 environment (Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Defender).
Define and execute Azure infrastructure strategy and lead enterprise endpoint management and automation.
Oversee LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, and modernization of enterprise telephony and communications.
Lead Unified Tenant conversion activities from discovery to post-migration stabilization.
Develop and lead engineering teams while driving technology transformation across multi-brand environments.
