Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Member Experience to translate a member-focused strategy into coordinated plans, communications, and journey improvements across payor-focused products. The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US, depending on location.

The role partners with product, design, marketing, and communications to ensure clear, consistent member experiences and aligned execution. Strong PM and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer experience, member experience, digital experience, product experience, communications, or leadership development programs.
• Experience supporting healthcare, payor, digital product, or customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to translate experience direction into coordinated plans and execution activities.
• Experience working across product, design, marketing, and communications in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of customer-facing materials.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor-focused products and capabilities.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, and communications to translate direction into coordinated plans and execution activities.
• Help drive consistency in member-facing experiences and communications across products.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for member experience work.
• Develop recommendations for experience improvements based on product and member context.
• Support development of member-facing communications and journey materials in partnership with accountable teams.
• Track readiness and follow-up actions to ensure organized execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve how members understand and engage with products.
• Support broader member experience quality and cross-functional coordination.
