Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the US docketing function across multiple offices. You will set standards, optimize processes, and ensure accurate scheduling and deadlines for diverse jurisdictions.

The role blends operations leadership with strategic oversight of technology and governance, requiring strong liaison with IT, lawyers, and business services. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of litigation docketing, calendaring, or case management in a law firm or similar setting.
• Experience leading docketing, legal operations, or related staff.
• Knowledge of federal, state, appellate and administrative court rules and procedures.
• Strong ability to interpret court rules and perform complex deadline calculations.
• Experience with Milana docketing software and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the US litigation docketing function across jurisdictions.
• Establish and enhance docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
• Monitor court rule changes and ensure processes stay current.
• Oversee staffing, workloads, and cross-training for continuity.
• Partner with legal support leadership to align docketing with strategy.
