You will mentor a centralized team, establish governance, and drive improvements in procedures, workflows, and technology to support the litigation practice and risk management.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with occasional in-office attendance and after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of docketing or equivalent experience in a law firm or legal environment.
• Experience leading docketing, legal operations, or related professional staff.
• Knowledge of federal, state, appellate, and admin court rules and filing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of US litigation docketing across jurisdictions.
• Establish and optimize docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and cross-training for continuity and service levels.
