You will partner with HR, Quality, Compliance, IT, and executives to align learning systems with enterprise priorities.

The role leads through direct reports, delivering scalable training solutions, ensuring audit readiness, and enabling regulatory compliance across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 5–7 years’ related experience.
• Experience in regulated, global, or matrixed environments preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance for learning operations, compliance training, and talent enablement.
• Oversee LMS governance, audit readiness, and data integrity.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and scalable training solutions.
• Develop talent processes and performance management capabilities.
• Lead team, manage executive stakeholder relationships, and drive change adoption.
