Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Manager of Organizational Learning & Talent Enablement to lead enterprise learning operations, compliance training governance, performance management, and talent enablement. The role partners with HR, Quality, Compliance, IT, and leaders to align systems, audit readiness, and talent practices with enterprise priorities.

The position manages direct reports, drives strategy, and ensures scalable, auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Psychology, Life Sciences, Quality, Compliance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in organizational learning, training operations, compliance training support, functional/technical training, audit support, performance management, talent management, HR enablement, stakeholder management, or related areas.
• Experience in a regulated, global, or matrixed environment preferred.
• Experience with LMS platforms, training governance, curriculum administration, compliance training, audit readiness, or regulated training documentation preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross‑functional stakeholders preferred.
• Experience leading people, managing through direct reports, and overseeing operational execution preferred.
• Experience supporting performance and/or talent management processes preferred.
• Relevant certifications in change management, instructional design, coaching, HR, talent management, quality, or compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement for learning operations, compliance training support, performance management, and talent enablement.
• Oversee enterprise training operations, LMS governance, audit readiness support, and related process execution through direct reports and team members.
• Partner with leaders, executive sponsors, and stakeholders to identify capability needs, training priorities, process risks, and scalable solutions.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, standards, and operating processes for learning, training, audit support, and talent initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on training operations, compliance and technical training enablement, performance processes, talent practices, and change adoption.
• Demonstrate executive presence by communicating with clarity, credibility, and sound judgment in leadership discussions, decision forums, and cross‑functional initiatives.
