Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor for Commercial to design and lead global learning for the commercial organization, partnering with People Strategy & Culture to map competencies, roles, and curricula across proposals, contracts, marketing, feasibility, and client engagement.

You will deliver onboarding journeys, build role-based curricula, facilitate engaging training, and work with stakeholders to drive adoption and measure impact on ramp time and win

Qualifications

• Design and implement learning programs aligned with adult learning principles.
• Partner with commercial leaders to identify capability gaps and growth opportunities.
• Build a foundational commercial learning framework from the ground up.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and bid defense is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and enablement strategy for the commercial function.
• Develop role-based curricula, content standards, and governance.
• Create onboarding and ramp-up learning journeys for new hires.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate change management communications and technology onboarding.
• Measure ROI against ramp time, win rate, and proposal quality.
