Job summary
Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global midsize CRO seeking a Digital Adoption & Enablement Senior Manager to lead enterprise digital adoption, systems learning, and workforce enablement across Medidata, Certinia, LMS, Workday, Percipio, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams Rooms, Zoom, and other systems. You will drive governance, planning, KPI baselining and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, communications, IT, life sciences, clinical research, or related field.
- 8–10+ years in learning, enterprise systems enablement, or related.
- Experience with complex implementations and global rollouts.
- Leadership, coaching and change management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across key platforms.
- Manage Organizational Learning Advisors and Enterprise Systems.
- Establish standards, templates, and operating practices for systems learning.
