Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Manager for Organizational Learning & Talent Enablement in the US. This remote role oversees enterprise learning operations, training governance, compliance training, performance management, and talent enablement.

You will partner with HR, Quality, Compliance, IT, and executives to align learning systems with enterprise priorities. You will lead through direct reports, ensuring strategic direction and day-to-day execution, while driving process

Qualifications

5–7 years of progressive experience in organizational learning, training operations, compliance training, performance management, or talent management.
Experience in a regulated, global or matrixed environment preferred.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive sponsors preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead learning operations, training governance, and talent enablement.
Oversee LMS governance, audit readiness, and compliance training support.
Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and training priorities.
Define roles, responsibilities and processes for learning and talent initiatives.
Provide executive-level advisory on training and change enablement.
Coach and develop teams responsible for learning operations and compliance.
