Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Manager for Digital Adoption & Enablement to lead enterprise adoption across systems like Medidata, Workday, LMS and Microsoft 365. This role oversees two Organizational Learning Advisors and partners with IT, Finance, HRIS and process owners to drive adoption, training and performance support.

You will design learning journeys, ensure go-live readiness, and publish quarterly adoption scorecards while maintaining governance artifacts and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, IT or related field.
8–10 years of experience in learning and enterprise systems enablement.
Experience leading systems adoption across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across multiple platforms.
Manage Organizational Learning Advisors and Enterprise Systems teams.
Establish standards and templates for learning programs and adoption campaigns.
Oversee enablement plans for system implementations and go-live readiness.
Develop role-based learning journeys, job aids, and performance support resources.
