Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Digital Adoption & Enablement Senior Manager to drive enterprise digital adoption and workforce enablement across core systems, leading a small team of Advisors. You will craft strategy, deliver training plans, and ensure successful go-lives aligned with business goals.

You will partner with IT, QA/compliance, HRIS, and clinical operations to scale learning, measure impact, and continuously improve performance support across regions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of learning, enterprise systems enablement, or related experience.
• Experience leading or overseeing systems training and adoption programs.
• Strong stakeholder management in a global matrix environment.
• Familiarity with regulated clinical systems training and compliance contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across multiple platforms.
• Manage Organizational Learning Advisors and Enterprise Systems teams.
• Establish standards, templates, and practices for systems learning and adoption.
• Oversee enablement plans for system implementations and go-live readiness.
• Develop role-based learning journeys, job aids, and training materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope needs and validate readiness.
• Publish a recurring adoption scorecard with insights and actions.
