Job summary

Precision Neuroscience is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning, Development and Engagement to shape how our people grow. You will architect learning strategies, design programs, and partner with external providers to equip teams across growing offices.

You will own our LMS, develop onboarding experiences, and work with the People team to build a scalable development engine that drives impact and aligns with our fast-paced, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Design a company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Manage external providers (e.g., Hone).
• Create high-impact learning content (leadership, manager training, functional skills).
• Perform training needs assessments across teams and levels.
• Develop onboarding experiences (30/60/90) that are meaningful.
• Own and optimize the LMS, ensuring it is used and loved.
• Build scalable learning paths across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide Learning & Development strategy and its rollout across offices.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with external training providers and partners.
• Develop, curate, and maintain learning content for leadership, management, and functional skills.
• Conduct ongoing training needs assessments to identify capability gaps and priorities.
• Design and refine onboarding programs with measurable outcomes and milestones.
• Oversee LMS governance, adoption, and user experience to maximize value.
• Create scalable learning paths and governance that support rapid growth.
