Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist to enhance leadership effectiveness and drive organizational success. The role focuses on executing learning strategies, talent optimization, and coaching leaders to navigate change.

You will design engaging learning experiences, administer the LMS, and support talent programs while collaborating across teams to promote a strong culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years of work experience in a related field required.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Inspires trust and relates well to people at varying levels.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Workday Learning experience preferred.
• DiSC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers engaging learning experiences grounded in adult learning methodology and industry best practices.
• Creates assessments, exercises, and activities that reinforce learning and improve knowledge retention.
• Administers and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup and reporting.
• Supports administration of talent programs: performance management, succession planning, and high-potential development.
• Partners with Communications to promote L&D priorities and increase engagement.
• Supports change readiness and adoption of organizational initiatives.
• Analyzes program data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Advances Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and the employee experience.
