Job summary

Precision Neuroscience is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning, Development and Engagement to architect growth; design career paths, culture environments, and learning programs that support all employees. You will partner with Hone, CandorIQ, Lattice, and other systems, drive onboarding improvements, and lead a small team across NYC and Santa Clara to scale impact.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, balancing people experience with scalable systems in a hybrid New York setting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and scaling company-wide Learning & Development programs.
• Ability to build onboarding experiences (30/60/90) and manage learning content.
• Proven track record in partner management with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Own and evolve partnerships with external providers (e.g., Hone).
• Develop scalable learning content and onboarding experiences; optimize LMS usage.
• Lead Office Workplace Experience Managers and elevate in-office culture across locations.
• Educate and drive adoption of People systems and tools across teams.
