Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development in New York/Philadelphia to own end-to-end internal learning programs and elevate employee performance. You will design instruction, facilitate live sessions, and manage the WorkRamp LMS while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead onboarding training, drive content development, and implement scalable learning paths with a strong focus on business impact and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Proven track record of facilitating engaging live virtual training sessions using Zoom or Google Meet.
• Strong foundational knowledge in instructional design principles and methodology.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and timelines.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily operations of internal learning programs, including scheduling and content maintenance.
• Lead onboarding trainings for new hires and support ad hoc training initiatives.
• Consult on training requests by conducting needs analyses to align with business goals and compliance.
• Partner with internal teams to identify learning gaps and drive process improvements.
• Develop and deliver instructional materials, including ILT guides and eLearning modules.
• Oversee LMS administration and vendor coordination for content uploads and reporting.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and data analysis.
