Qualifications

• 8+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D or QC manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science or computer/engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives across informatics, data, automation, and AI.
• Architect end-to-end delivery of engagements, including design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes and value realization with clear business impact.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes, contractual commitments, delivery quality and satisfaction.
• Shape client vision and strategic roadmaps across people, process, technology, and data.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members with performance feedback.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations as required.
