Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering strategy and implementation projects for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. You will shape transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to drive measurable client impact.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, program governance, client relationship management, and developing thought leadership. Travel up to 50% to client locations is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects for digital lab operations.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including design, estimates, scope and execution.
• Drive outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization; manage risks and stakeholder reporting.
