Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering strategy and implementation projects that advance digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. You will shape transformation initiatives across informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.

The role requires guiding engagements from design through execution, driving value realization, and ensuring contractual outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific/laboratory informatics or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science / Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives across informatics, data, automation, and AI.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including design, estimates, scope and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to goals and value realization.
• Own client outcomes including delivery quality and satisfaction.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder reporting.
• Develop client relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Lead, coach and develop teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
