Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering strategy and implementation projects in digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. You will shape roadmaps, oversee design and execution, and ensure client outcomes and contractual commitments are met.

You will drive business value, manage risks, and build trusted adviser relationships with senior client leaders across people, process, technology, and data domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes and realize value for clients.
• Quantify and articulate business value generated by solutions.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
