Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, communications, knowledge management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, training, instructional design, learning development, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with operational units and subject matter experts to identify needs and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop KM, Instructional Design, and Instructional Development team members.
• Oversee daily operations including work intake, prioritization, workload balancing, and quality assurance.
• Translate strategy into actionable team plans, goals, and measurable deliverables.
• Oversee lifecycle of knowledge assets and learning content from analysis to retirement.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, accessible, and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with business units and project managers to address knowledge or learning needs.
