Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer in Tampa, FL to design, develop, and deliver engaging curricula, eLearning, and blended programs.

You will partner with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into impactful learning experiences that drive performance across the firm. You will conduct needs assessments, create storyboards and learner guides, and manage training plans and logistics across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Psychology, or comparable field.
• Three years of training or facilitation experience in a corporate or professional business setting.
• Experience with SCORM compliance and copy writing laws.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-impact curricula and eLearning.
• Conduct needs assessments with management and SMEs on objectives and training priorities.
• Create storyboards, scripts, course content (eLearning, simulations, blended learning), learner guides.
• Design and develop training processes, plans, and content; empower SMEs to deliver effectively.
• Plan, organize, implement, and administer training across offices and programs; manage schedules.
• Deliver and facilitate training within the organization; adapt methods to audience.
• Administer the LMS: course setup, assignments, reporting, data integrity.
