What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of Joint Replacement Sales Representatives to meet and exceed revenue and market share targets.
- Analyze market trends,identifygrowth opportunities, and create data-driven territory sales plans and strategies.
- Establish andmaintainstrong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and account penetration.
- Collaborate cross-functionallywith marketing, operations, and clinical support teams toalign onbusiness priorities and execution.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets,monitorexpenditures, andoptimizepricing strategies and discount schedules.
- Provide hands‑on support to your team in high-stakes scenarios including operating room consultations andcustomer or account issues.
- Use sales data and CRM tools to generate forecasts, track progress, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Promote Stryker's mission of improving healthcare through ethical, customer-focused sales practices.
What You Need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Minimum 2 years of direct people managementand/ordemonstratedability to work with and lead others toaccomplishsales goals.
Preferred
- Experience in orthopedic joint replacement or similar surgical device sales.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes.

- This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.
- Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 poundsfrequently.
- Musthave a valid driver's license.
- Fluency in written and spoken Englishrequired.
$75,000.00 fixed income and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses and benefits
