Job summary

Planned Parenthood Southeast, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager for Institutional Giving to lead and expand the program in the Metro Atlanta area.

You will oversee fundraising through foundations and corporate giving, partner with senior management, and drive proposals and reporting efforts. The role requires strong communication, program development, and donor relations skills, with responsibility for drafting materials, maintaining records, and ensuring grant compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum five years of institutional giving experience.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and AmpliFund preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to build a robust Institutional Giving program.
Develop and implement an annual institutional giving strategy. Identify, evaluate, and qualify new opportunities that align with priorities.
Maintain relationship records through Salesforce and AmpliFund.
Draft institutional donor materials, including proposals and reports.
Monitor grant compliance, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with program and finance staff to ensure accurate implementation and reporting of grant-funded activities.
Forecast institutional giving revenue and assist with budgeting and financial planning.
Collect outcomes data to support proposals, reports, and storytelling.
Provide briefing materials and talking points for meetings with funders.
