This role reports to the Chief Partnerships Officer and oversees the Institutional Giving program, including prospecting, researching, writing proposals, and reporting to secure philanthropic and corporate funding. • Minimum five years’ experience in an institutional giving program.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and AmpliFund preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to build a strategic Institutional Giving program.
• Develop and implement an annual institutional giving strategy to grow funding.
• Maintain relationship records in Salesforce and AmpliFund.
• Research and cultivate relationships with prospective funders.
• Draft proposals, reports, and donor communications.
• Monitor grant compliance and reporting deadlines.
