• Proven experience in grant writing, grants management, or institutional fundraising.
• Strong research and evaluation skills for prospective funders.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of grant budgeting, reporting requirements, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate with programmatic, financial, and development teams.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and ethical fundraising principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and renewal applications.
• Research and prioritize funding opportunities from foundations, corporate, government, and community sources.
• Manage grant calendars, deadlines, and reporting requirements across multiple funders.
• Maintain grant records, awards, and supporting documentation with accuracy.
• Prepare funder reports with narrative and programmatic information.
• Cultivate relationships with funders and coordinate stewardship activities.
