dss+ is seeking a Senior Manager in our Industrials & Manufacturing team to lead transformational projects for clients, build trusted relationships, and shape new engagements. You’ll oversee complex programs from boardroom strategy to plant-floor execution, with 10+ years in management consulting or manufacturing leadership and a willingness to travel 80%+.

This role drives measurable improvements in safety, performance, and profitability.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or manufacturing leadership.
• Senior consulting and/or significant operational, project, or plant leadership experience.
• Proven experience contributing to business development, developing client opportunities, and working toward defined annual sales targets.
• Strong client relationship skills with senior Operations and EHS leaders.
• Demonstrated project and program management experience with multiple workstreams, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or manufacturing leadership.




• Senior consulting and/or significant operational, project, or plant leadership experience.




• Proven experience contributing to business development, developing client opportunities, and working toward defined annual sales targets.




• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to build credibility with senior Operations and EHS leaders.




• Demonstrated project and program management experience, including leading complex engagements, managing multiple workstreams, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations.




• Experience leading large-scale safety, operational excellence, and performance transformations with measurable results.




• Turnaround, restructuring, and/or M&A integration experience.




• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, safety management systems, and large-scale change.




• Strong executive presence with credibility in both the boardroom and on the plant floor.




• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.




• Willingness to travel 80%+.
