dss+ is seeking a Principal in our Oil & Gas team to lead growth, build trusted C-suite relationships, and close major consulting engagements across upstream, midstream, and downstream. You will own an annual sales target, shape large programs, and guide transformations from boardroom to plant floor, traveling 80%+ to client sites.

Formación

• 15+ years in management consulting or Oil & Gas leadership.
• Partner/Director level or equivalent with P&L or leadership experience.
• Proven success selling and leading engagements with annual sales targets.
• Established C-suite and senior operations network.
• Experience leading large-scale safety, operational excellence, and performance transformations.
• Turnaround, restructuring or M&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, and safety management systems.
• Executive presence with credibility in boardroom and plant floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80%+

Requirements

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting and/or senior Oil & Gas leadership.

• Partner, Director, or equivalent consulting experience and/or significant P&L or Oil & Gas operational leadership experience.

• Proven success personally selling and leading consulting engagements, with annual sales targets.

• An established C-suite and senior operations network within upstream, midstream, and/or downstream Oil & Gas.

• Experience leading large-scale safety, operational excellence, and performance transformations with measurable results.

• Turnaround, restructuring, and/or M&A integration experience.

• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, safety management systems, and large-scale change.

• Strong executive presence with credibility in both the boardroom and on the plant floor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel 80%+.
