This Senior Manager role in the Industrials & Manufacturing team focuses on delivering transformational results for clients while growing our business and shaping the firm’s capabilities.

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or manufacturing leadership.
• Senior consulting and/or significant operational, project, or plant leadership experience.
• Proven experience contributing to business development and achieving annual sales targets.
• Strong client relationship skills with senior Operations and EHS leaders.
• Demonstrated project and program management across multiple workstreams, budgets, and timelines.
• Experience leading large-scale safety and performance transformations with measurable results.
• Turnaround, restructuring, and/or M&A integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, and safety management systems.
• Executive presence with credibility in both boardroom and plant floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science; MBA preferred. Willingness to travel 80%+.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver defined annual business development and sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior Operations and EHS leaders.
• Identify opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Shape, develop, price, and close consulting engagements.
• Expand client relationships by leveraging dss+ capabilities across services.
• Contribute to industry networks, client events, proposals, and thought leadership.
