Qualifications

• 15+ years in management consulting or senior manufacturing leadership with proven sales success.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, safety management, and large-scale change.
• Established C-suite network and willingness to travel 80%+.

Responsibilities

• Shape and close major consulting engagements and lead complex transformation programs from boardroom to plant floor.
• Grow the business by owning an annual sales target and building trusted C-suite relationships.
• Recruit, coach, and develop Managers and Senior Managers.
