Job summary

This Senior Manager role in the Industrials & Manufacturing team focuses on delivering transformational results for clients while growing our business and shaping the firm’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or manufacturing leadership.
• Senior consulting and/or significant operational, project, or plant leadership experience.
• Proven experience contributing to business development and achieving annual sales targets.
• Strong client relationship skills with senior Operations and EHS leaders.
• Demonstrated project and program management across multiple workstreams, budgets, and timelines.
• Experience leading large-scale safety and performance transformations with measurable results.
• Turnaround, restructuring, and/or M&A integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, and safety management systems.
• Executive presence with credibility in both boardroom and plant floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science; MBA preferred. Willingness to travel 80%+.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or manufacturing leadership.
• Senior consulting and/or significant operational, project, or plant leadership experience.
• Proven experience contributing to business development, developing client opportunities, and working toward defined annual sales targets.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to build credibility with senior Operations and EHS leaders.
• Demonstrated project and program management experience, including leading complex engagements, managing multiple workstreams, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations.
• Experience leading large-scale safety, operational excellence, and performance transformations with measurable results.
• Turnaround, restructuring, and/or M&A integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, safety management systems, and large-scale change.
• Strong executive presence with credibility in both the boardroom and on the plant floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80%+.
