Job summary

dss+ is seeking a Senior Manager in our Industrials & Manufacturing team to lead transformational projects for clients, build trusted relationships, and shape new engagements. You’ll oversee complex programs from boardroom strategy to plant-floor execution, with 10+ years in management consulting or manufacturing leadership and a willingness to travel 80%+.

This role drives measurable improvements in safety, performance, and profitability.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or manufacturing leadership.
Senior consulting and/or significant operational, project, or plant leadership experience.
Proven experience contributing to business development, developing client opportunities, and working toward defined annual sales targets.
Strong client relationship skills with senior Operations and EHS leaders.
Demonstrated project and program management experience with multiple workstreams, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver defined annual business development and sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with senior Operations and EHS leaders.
Identify new opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
Support shaping, development, pricing, and closing of consulting engagements.
Expand client relationships by leveraging the full breadth of dss+ capabilities.
