Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Director, Incentive Compensation in the U.S. to lead the IC team within Commercial Excellence. You will design and administer incentive plans for Injectables Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology, guiding both managers and individual contributors.

This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and scalable processes. You will partner with Sales leadership, ensure compliance, and communicate accrual forecasts.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of commercial operations experience in a pharma environment.
• Strong experience in incentive compensation design and management.
• Ability to build relationships with internal leaders and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Incentive Compensation team and designs of sales incentive plans across units.
• Drive best-in-class pharma compensation practices and continuous improvement.
• Analyze plan changes and partner with Sales leadership on evolution of plans.
• Identify tool improvements, automation opportunities, and data enhancements.
• Communicate quarterly accrual forecasts to leadership and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Ensure clear communication of plan designs to maximize understanding and engagement.
• Develop IC reporting and tracking for key stakeholders.
• Maintain quarterly IC calendar and ensure timely deliverables.
• Advise senior leadership on potential compliance risks and action plans.
