Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead people-side change across Enterprise P2C initiatives, leveraging AI to accelerate adoption and improve seller and operator experiences.

In this role you will partner with Delivery Domains, DET, and business stakeholders to design and execute change strategies, measure readiness, track ROI, and drive sustained transformation across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience driving project change workstreams and knowledge of P2C process areas and Agile project principles.
• AI Fluency demonstrated with tools to accelerate change impact assessments and adoption readiness.
• Change Management certification or equivalent experience (e.g., Prosci).
• Analytical skills to drive insights from data and measure impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for medium to large-scale projects with AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business requirements into change impact assessments and oversee changes for proper control.
• Identify stakeholders and establish channels to manage expectations and communicate AI-enabled value.
• Develop and execute change strategies leveraging AI insights to improve readiness and ROI.
• Drive cross-functional engagement and activate change champions with leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with PMO, DET and stakeholders to integrate change efforts into broader plans.
• Support metrics to measure engagement, adoption, and ROI using AI analytics.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and resolve risks to ensure program progression.
