Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Human-Centered Change Senior Manager to drive delivery excellence in Salesforce Professional Services for public sector clients. You will lead change strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, and team coaching across complex transformation programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate human-centered design and AI-enabled tools, and ensure customer success while expanding renewals and practice impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements with large-scale transformation.
• Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; application of AI tools in service delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate value to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, resourceful problem solver who can navigate dynamic situations and inspire others.
• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships across diverse roles; strong listening skills.
• Holds Prosci Change Management Certification; experience with public sector customers (federal, defense, state/local, nonprofit, education).
• BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% and on-site work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: advise on change management best practices and identify improvement areas.
• Organizational Analysis: conduct change impact, readiness, barrier analyses and stakeholder interviews.
• Change Strategy: develop holistic change strategies and define KPIs and success metrics.
• Change Execution: lead change management activities including needs analysis, readiness, communication and training planning.
• Stakeholder Alignment: drive cross-functional alignment and buy-in across functions.
• Leadership Coaching: coach senior leaders and managers on change practices.
• Methodology Integration: integrate design thinking and behavior change science into roadmaps for self-sustainment.
• Operational Excellence: collaborate with program management to integrate change strategies and manage risks.
• Team Leadership: support renewals and serve as escalation point for team members.
• Business & Practice Impact: lead internal initiatives and contribute to knowledge base.
