Job summary

Taidou LLC is seeking a Senior Manager in Human Capital to own large engagements and lead client relationships at director and executive levels.

You will scope, price and write proposals; develop Workforce Planning and Post-Merger Organization offerings; and coach teams. This contract-to-hire role starts as a 90-day onboarding as an independent contractor, then converts to a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in human capital, including multi-workstream or programme leadership.
• Track record of client ownership and commercial responsibility (scope, budget, margin).
• Experience developing and managing teams.
• Excellent executive communication and judgement.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large or multiple Human Capital engagements, and the outcomes they are measured on.
• Lead client relationships at director and executive level.
• Scope, price and write proposals; own margin and change control.
• Develop the practice's offerings in Workforce Planning and Post-Merger Organization.
• Lead, coach and grow managers and consultants, and help hire them.
• Originate follow-on work and contribute to business development targets.
• Set the quality bar for deliverables and handover.
