Job summary

Taidou LLC is a private management consulting firm delivering measurable results across multiple service lines. We seek a Senior Consultant in Human Capital to own and drive workstreams within engagements, collaborating with client leaders to diagnose and adopt changes.

You will design organization models, workforce plans and change interventions, with direct client interaction and strong ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in human capital work, in consulting or in industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured-writing skills.
• Confident working directly with client stakeholders.
• Able to manage your own workstream with limited supervision.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own a workstream within Human Capital engagements — for example Organization Design or Workforce Planning — from analysis through adoption.
• Carry out the core analysis and design work: decision rights, spans and layers, role design, accountability.
• Run working sessions and interviews with client stakeholders, and turn them into clear findings and options.
• Build the models, artefacts and written material the engagement needs, to a standard a client executive can rely on.
• Track progress, risks and decisions for your workstream and escape early.
• Contribute to proposals, scoping and the practice’s methods and knowledge.
• Help client teams take ownership so the change keeps running after we leave.
