Job summary

Taidou LLC in the United States is seeking a Manager in Human Capital to run engagements day to day, lead a small team, own the plan, and manage client relationships at senior-manager and director level.

You will shape Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Change & Adoption, and post-merger organization work, while overseeing consultants and presenting findings to client leadership. This contract-to-hire role converts to full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in human capital, including leading teams or workstreams.
• Proven delivery of engagements or projects on time and on budget.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Able to structure ambiguous problems and lead others through them.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead Human Capital engagements day to day — plan, team, quality, budget and client communication.
• Shape and lead the work in areas such as Organization Design, Workforce Planning and Change & Adoption.
• Manage and develop a team of consultants and senior consultants.
• Hold the written scope and exclusions, manage change control and protect the timeline.
• Present findings and recommendations to client leaders and steering groups.
• Identify follow-on needs and contribute to proposals and pricing.
• Drive adoption and a clean handover to named client owners.
