Job summary

Taidou LLC is seeking a Senior Director in Human Capital to lead a major portion of the service line, including Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Change & Adoption and Post-Merger Organization. You will own large client relationships, drive multi-year engagements, and shape the practice strategy and market presence.

You will build teams, hire talent, and guide senior managers while collaborating with the Principal and Partners on strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in human capital, including practice or business-line leadership.
• A strong network of executive buyers and a record of originating large engagements.
• Deep expertise across several areas of the practice.
• Experience leading senior teams and building capability.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a significant area of the Human Capital service line, with accountability for revenue, margin and quality.
• Own Taidou's most important client relationships and programmes in the service line.
• Originate and close large, multi-year engagements.
• Build the offering: methods, assets, partnerships and market positioning.
• Lead directors and senior managers; own hiring, development and staffing decisions.
• Represent Taidou externally through speaking, writing and industry relationships.
