Job summary

Community Bridges is seeking a Senior Housing Manager to oversee program managers and supervisors, guide daily operations, and provide training and staffing support. You will lead staff, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate partner and funder relationships while managing data, reports, and grant opportunities.

The role also requires oversight of Dayforce scheduling, timecards, PTO approvals, and performance reviews, ensuring adherence to CARF and agency policies and licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current Arizona driver’s license with a clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
• Behavioral Health Technician certification per A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI policies.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card and jail clearance preferred; peer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading and training staff, ensuring compliance with agency policy and procedure.
• Coordinating community partner relationships, program presentations, and funder meetings.
• Collecting data sets, completing reports, and managing grant funding opportunities.
• Ensuring program compliance with the Arizona Administrative Code, CARF, and CBI policies.
• Managing Dayforce maintenance, scheduling, timecards, PTO approvals, and disciplinary reviews.
