Job summary

ECG Management Consultants is seeking a Senior Manager in Health System Alignment to guide client strategy, manage complex engagements, and advance the firm’s growth in healthcare advisory services.

You will lead project delivery, mentor teams, and develop business opportunities while partnering with academic and community health systems to design organizational structures and funds flow. Hybrid work with travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration and/or health-related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare finance and operations; additional years if an advanced degree.
• Experience with academic health systems on organizational design, physician alignment, and funds flow preferred.
• Ability to lead complex projects, oversee teams, and coach talent at multiple levels.
• Advanced experience with data analysis, structured problem-solving, and executive communication.
• Strong business judgment, client management skills, and ability to navigate dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to contribute to or lead business development activities.
• Commitment to mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive culture.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
