Job summary

ECG Management Consultants, Inc. seeks a Business Development Strategic Growth Manager to expand advisory services across the west and northeast markets. You will identify opportunities, shape proposals, and build executive relationships with health systems while aligning ECG and Siemens teams to deliver value.

Hybrid, with up to 50% travel, and a base compensation aligned with market norms. You will drive growth in provider strategy, performance improvement, and financial sustainability

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare advisory business development or related field.
• Track record building executive relationships and shaping complex provider pursuits.
• Ability to synthesize market, competitor, and operational insights into recommendations.
• Executive presence across senior, cross-functional teams.
• Consultative mindset translating provider challenges into advisory solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow ECG/Siemens advisory opportunities across the west and northeast.
• Build executive and operator relationships with health systems.
• Lead discovery around provider strategy, performance, access, radiology and oncology optimization, revenue cycle, and financial sustainability.
• Partner with ECG leaders to convert client needs into advisory pursuits, proposals, and solutions.
• Coordinate with Siemens Enterprise Services teams to expand strategic provider relationships.
• Drive account planning, relationship mapping, pursuit strategy, and pipeline discipline.
• Support smooth handoffs from pursuit to delivery while maintaining leadership alignment.
• Develop zone-specific market intelligence, account briefs, relationship maps, and pursuit plans.
• Align ECG business development, consulting leaders, marketing, and Siemens Enterprise Services.
