ECG Management Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for its Health System Alignment (HSA) Practice. You will guide large engagements, shape client strategy, and lead project teams across complex healthcare initiatives.

You will mentor staff, drive business development, and advance ECG’s offerings with senior stakeholders while delivering high-impact outcomes for academic and community health systems.

Formación

• Master’s degree in business administration or health-related field preferred.
• 8+ years in healthcare consulting or healthcare finance and operations.
• Experience with academic health systems on organizational design and funds flow preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and coach talent at multiple levels.
• Strong data analysis, structured problem solving, and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large portions of project work with strong project management discipline.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and performance across engagements.
• Diagnose issues with rigor and align insights with client objectives.
• Manage client relationships and drive strategic discussions.
• Coach teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to development initiatives.
• Support business development and pursue opportunities with clients.
