Job summary

ECG seeks a Senior Analyst or Consultant to join its healthcare consulting practice in the United States. You will work in a fast-moving team across Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth, gaining diverse experience and advancing professionally.

You will contribute to compensation and performance analyses, build financial models, and present findings to client executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other quantitative curriculum.
• Master's degree in business administration and/or health-related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of applicable healthcare consulting experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data gathering to support client engagements.
• Lead or contribute to financial modeling and scenario planning for client solutions.
• Analyze client data and benchmark against industry standards.
• Prepare client-ready analyses and reports.
• Lead presentations and coordinate with ECG senior leaders on project outcomes.
• Develop depth of technical expertise and contribute to knowledge development.
