Job summary

ECG Management Consultants is seeking a Senior Manager in our Health System Alignment (HSA) practice to guide project teams, shape client strategy, and drive firm growth across hospitals and health systems nationwide.

You will lead complex engagements, coach talent, and identify opportunities for expanding ECG’s service offerings while collaborating across offices. This role requires executive communication, strategic thinking, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare finance and operations; additional years of experience would be required in place of an advanced degree.
• Master’s degree in business administration and/or master’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Experience leading complex projects, overseeing teams, and coaching talent at multiple levels.
• Advanced experience with data analysis, structured problem-solving, and executive communication.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and client service across large engagements with focus on timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Provide team leadership, mentorship, and development to grow talent and performance.
• Develop and implement effective communication plans and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Define and drive strategic, systemic solutions and manage risk across multiple projects.
• Build business development opportunities and contribute to ECG’s growth and client relations.
